Your shelf
A shelf you can see.
Each drive is drawn the way it looks in real life, with its colour, label and tape, and grouped by where it physically lives. Drag a drive to a new location when it moves.
Atlas catalogues every external drive your team owns, so anyone can find any file in seconds, then go get the right drive off the shelf.

Your shelf
Each drive is drawn the way it looks in real life, with its colour, label and tape, and grouped by where it physically lives. Drag a drive to a new location when it moves.
Search
Search the whole collection at once, even drives that are unplugged. Filter by drive, file type or number of copies. Built for millions of files.
Browse
Open any drive's folders from a single tree, biggest first. No more plugging in four drives to remember where a project went.
Copies
Two copies on two drives is a backup. Two on the same drive is waste. Atlas finds every duplicate and shows exactly how much space is safe to reclaim.
Team sync · In development
Editorial, VFX and post teams share drives, and the drives move around. Atlas keeps one catalogue in sync for everyone, so the producer, the assistant editor and the machine room see the same shelf.
Each studio gets its own catalogue, separate from every other client.
Scans and edits reach teammates on their own. No publish button, and nothing is lost if the connection drops.
Every change is kept with who made it and when.
Add teammates and give each a role.
Invites and removes people, sets roles and manages the account.
Scans drives, edits labels and moves drives between locations.
Searches and browses everything. Can't change anything.
Two copies on two drives is a backup. Two on the same drive is waste. Atlas tells you which.
Scans are read-only. Atlas never changes or deletes anything on your drives.
Bars turn amber, then red, as drives fill, with plain words like "Almost full".
Sidebar, inspector, menu bar shortcuts, undo, dark mode and full keyboard control.
Beta
The catalogue is built and in daily use. Team sync is the next milestone.
